It has been about 45 days since we un-officially self-published our novel - The Orchid: The Secret Code of Modern Goddesses. Can you believe it? And as the sun rises on yet another day, I find myself reflecting on the profound impact it is having on those who have already read it. To all of you, a most heartfelt Thank You, not just for trusting Rocio and I with your valuable time and attention, but also for sharing your experience with us.

When we first conceived the project, we did so because we ourselves were experiencing significant transformational changes in our lives and we wanted to share what we had learned with others. Rocio, knowing the power that television still commands in the world, suggested we first focused on that medium. After some conversation, we agreed that television was a goal, but that we first needed to pen the story, and not in a self-help book, we wanted it to be a novel. And so, with a lot of hope and humility, and some wonderful help along the way, we went on to conceive The Orchid, trusting and believing in the power of its message, but uncertain of the reception it would receive. It was after all, our very first literary effort.

Today, I am writing to share something truly remarkable, something that transcends the stories and messages of our book and rests in the real-life experiences of those who have gifted us and themselves, with reading it.

From many locations around the world, anecdotes of transformation and discovery are reaching us, brought forth by individuals who found in The Orchid, a beacon of light and hope. Some have even suggested that it has a resonance with books like The Celestine Prophecy, Three Women, Eat Pray Love, and Lessons in Chemistry. This of course, a privilege that leaves us both humbled and exhilarated. To be considered in such esteemed company is an honor we could not have anticipated.

We are beyond thrilled to see the impact of The Orchid on its readers. Its magic lies of course in its themes of awareness, gratitude, forgiveness, acceptance, and intention and the stories of some very amazing women who connect in a shared human experience, with the power of their own emotional freedom and self-love.

To know that it has already served as such a strong catalyst for personal development and introspection, is truly a gift which we humbly receive. As we move forward, we do so with a renewed sense of purpose and commitment to the task of sharing this precious book with as many people as possible. With this new information, we now also have an even greater desire to explore other avenues to bring the experience of The Orchid to life, and to create spaces for its transformative power to flourish.

To all who have shared their reading experience with us, and who have seen in The Orchid a mirror of their own aspirations, challenges and power, we extend our deepest gratitude. Your stories fuel our passion and remind us of the reason why we embarked on this journey in the first place.
